Throwing Ball Against Wall, Try your other hand, Throwning agains wall and turning around and catching before coming back to you.

Running with lacrosse stick. Run with the lacrosse stick and ball. Be sure to fill the core of the stick with sand or pennies or some other solid material.

When having a catch in the back yard, be sure to have your stick filled with something heavy. This will build the muscles up in your arms and shoulders. Why lift weights when you can have a catch with your friends with the heavy lacrsse stick
